TAC is a kind of inverse pyramid, I think - 10 bishops to every 2 priests, and 2 priests to every laywoman. (No laymen, because they're all in Holy Orders.) The Archbishop, an Australian, is (I believe) a divorced and remarried ex-Roman.

Yes, I've only ever heard of TAC bishops rather than ordinary members.

Where was this one, Fr G?

Please don't leave yourself much guesswork as to the identity of Fr. [X], will you? I don't think he'd be swimming the Tiber, do you? After all, isn't he some kind of Catholic/Pentecostal/Calvinist?

I met a TAC bishop recently, so they do have some people.

>>>I’ve not heard of any Episcopal clergy in Scotland interested in taking up the offer. It is said that the Traditional Anglican Communion is joining up. But then I’ve never heard of them nor do I know anyone who knows anyone who claims to be a member.

Hmm, I’d thought that Fr.[X] might be up for swimming the tiber.

[Comment edited by KH - I think we will keep entertaining speculation about our local friends on a more anonymous footing on my blog]
